Here is one of the best tuto video to explain how to pop up and take off on flat water with a sup foil. And of course for DW down wind. It works well with the E3 prone/wing, but also very well with the E3 Sup/wing that offer very efficient glide and more stability in open sea.

I'm using a 6'1"x 23" x 105L Kalama Performance Board with a Go Foil 280 front wing, Go Foil 14" fixed tail wing on a 26.5" mast. I weigh 160lbs / 72kg
